Rescue
Every morning we collect surplus fruit and vegetables from shops and wholesalers at the Jerusalem wholesale market, sort them with volunteers, and keep good food out of the bin.
Share
Rescued produce reaches residents through 10 neighborhood markets run by local people and open to everyone, and through about 20 grassroots networks and partner organizations.
Learn
Food education in schools and kindergartens, a visitor center and kitchen with workshops and market tours, and work with the city on a citywide food rescue policy.
